If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Earrings and other jewellery.
Intimates or undergarments.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items.
Custom-made or personalised pieces.
Exchanges
At The Ashur, we currently do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item with a different size, colour, or style, we kindly ask that you return the original item (subject to our return conditions) and place a new order for your desired product.
This process ensures that each purchase meets our quality standards and that all customers receive brand-new, unworn items.
Returns & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method (minus any shipping fees).
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
The Ashur reserves the right to deny a refund if returned items do not meet the stated conditions.
